Loaner Pumps, Exchange Programs, Replacement Modules, and Priority Service

Loaner Pumps
In an effort to minimize downtime for our customers, Eastern Scientific offers loaner pumps for a nominal fee (starting at $50 for the duration of use depending on CFM). Loaner pumps operate at the CFM required by your application, and come with all the connections necessary to keep your systems operational.

Exchange Programs
Eastern Scientific maintains a wide inventory of rebuilt pumps that are ready for exchange or sale. An exact match for your pump can be shipped to you for exchange of your non-functioning pump. Upon evaluation of your trade-in, a credit can be issued against the purchase price of the supplied rebuilt pump.

Replacement Modules
For many makes and models, replacement modules, both new and surplus rebuilt, are available with limited lead time. This option uses the existing base, motor, housing and oil casing in conjunction with the replacement module. Reusing a majority of the original parts, as opposed to purchasing a new pump, provides a more cost effective option while returning the pumping mechanism to reliable operation.

Priority Service
When pump specifics make other options unavailable, Eastern Scientific offers priority repair service for an additional charge of $75 to $150 dependent on pump size. Priority service cuts lead time from 10-15 days to one week or less, dependent on the needs of the customer.
